# AI Agent Workstation

Adapted from the project README

A local multi-agent workspace that connects Hermes planning and review with Codex implementation and testing through structured handoff artifacts, while reserving direction, constraints, approvals, and final decisions for the human user.

## Collaboration Workflow

The workspace organizes templates, tasks, results, reviews, memory candidates, and reusable workflows. Its primary flow produces context, a Codex task, an execution result, a review, and memory candidates in sequence, giving planning, implementation, and verification clear handoff boundaries.

## Roles and Safety Boundaries

Hermes handles planning, coordination, review, and context and memory hygiene; Codex handles code changes, tests, builds, debugging, and result reports; the user retains product direction, authorization, and final decisions. Defaults separate project repositories from workflow artifacts, prohibit secrets in handoff materials, and require a pause before destructive operations or external integrations.

## Artifact Validation

When the companion helper layer is available, the workflow can quality-check task, result, review, and memory-candidate artifacts. The helper supplies templates and validation only; it does not replace the visible Markdown workflow or become hidden automation.
